How does the Luxe Pergola dealer program work?
You sell and install under your own brand; we manufacture, provide wholesale pricing, and back you with design, engineering, shop drawings, and training. There are no franchise fees and no royalties. You get dealer pricing on the full product line, we route qualified leads in your territory to you, and you keep the customer relationship and the margin. It is a partnership built so you can add pergolas to your existing outdoor-living business quickly and profitably.
Is there a minimum order or franchise fee to become a dealer?
No. The Luxe wholesale program has no minimum order quantity, no franchise fee, and no royalties. You can start with a single project. We would rather earn your repeat business by making you money on the first job than lock you into commitments.
What margins can a pergola dealer make?

Yes. Every Luxe structure comes with shop drawings, and we provide Engineer of Record–sealed engineering per destination ZIP for permitting (available for an additional fee). Because we hold both the General Contractor and Electrical Contractor licenses in-house, the documentation is engineer- and inspector-respectable, so your permit process is smoother.
Can I private-label or co-brand the pergolas?
Yes. Dealers can sell under their own brand with private-label or co-branded spec sheets. Your brand goes forward to your customer; we stay behind the scenes as your fabrication partner.
What products can I sell as a Luxe dealer?
The patented Sundance All Season motorized louvered pergola, fixed-louver and open aluminum pergolas, architectural trellises, motorized retractable screens (insect, solar, and hurricane-rated), sliding glass door systems, custom water-jet-cut aluminum privacy screens, and integrated LED lighting packages. One-off custom aluminum structures can be quoted from a sketch.

Luxe fabricates in Jupiter, Florida and ships nationwide, with a focus on Florida and the Southeast — Georgia, the Carolinas, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, and Virginia. Structures are shop-fabricated, palletized, and shipped for bolt-together field assembly — no field welding — so your crews can install anywhere you build.
