Add Louvered Pergolas to Your Pool-Building Business

You’re already building the backyard your clients dream about. A motorized louvered pergola is the natural next sale — it turns a pool deck into a shaded, all-season outdoor room, and it’s a high-ticket add-on to a project you’ve already won.

Why it fits your business

• A pergola completes the outdoor room your pool anchors
• High-ticket add-on with strong margins, not a low-dollar accessory
• Motorized louvers give shade on demand and rain protection for poolside living
• All-season engineering means year-round use, even in a hurricane state
• Your clients already expect premium — this matches their budget

The Luxe Pergola dealer difference

Luxe is a wholesale-only, dealer-first partner. You get the highest gross-profit margins in the industry, homeowner leads passed to you, no minimums or royalties, and hands-on help to sell, design, engineer, and install — on a patented, USA-built product wet-stamped for both hurricane-force wind and heavy snow loads.

Built for poolside weather

Pool decks live in the harshest part of the backyard — full sun, salt and chlorine air, afternoon storms. The patented Sundance All Season Pergola is a motorized adjustable-louver aluminum system built in the USA and wet-stamped for both hurricane-force wind and heavy snow loads, so it permits cleanly in coastal counties. The tectonic-arch louver spans up to 16 feet where typical systems run about 12 — enough to shade a real poolside living area without a forest of posts — and the double-skin insulated louvers close on a bumper-and-gasket seal. Rain runs into a deep concealed designer gutter and drains through the 6×6 posts, which double as downspouts, so there’s no exposed plumbing next to the pool. The IP-67 waterproof motor opens or closes the roof in about 18 seconds.

How pool builders sell it

The pergola attaches to a project you’ve already won: the client buying a high-end pool is the same client who wants shade beside it. Dealers quote it as a line item in the outdoor-living package — see how to price and quote a motorized pergola project and what contractors earn on pergola work. New to dealer programs?
